Your tasks

Responsibility for the definition of the verification strategy of the IoT Digital Ecosystem containing several software platforms (on-board/embedded, cloud, mobile app)
Coordination of all verification activities of the Belimo's IoT Digital Ecosystem: Edge-Device, Edge-Connectivity, Backend-Services, Frontend-Applications (Web & App)
Ensure synergies and efficiency among the different verification teams (local and nearshore)
Coordinate nearshore verification team both strategically and operationalally
Proactive coordination between internal stakeholders (product engineering, development, architecture, product management) and external test centers
Active participation on the review of requirements for new features
Define and establish Verification Processes
Ensure appropriate reporting of the verification activities (test plans, test cases, test scripts, test results)
Responsibility for budget and on-time delivery
Your profile

Technical or scientific studies (ETH, university or FH)
Several years of experience in cloud-based integration and system verification in the context of complex product development
Knowledge and experience in the environment of embedded software or IoT
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager is a plus
Experience in the technical and personnel management of one or more teams
Know-how in the use of test management tools, as well as agile working methods and build, release, and DevOps test automation
Experience in an international environment
Initiative, solution-oriented and innovative personality with drive and "hands-on" mentality and passion for quality
High social and intercultural competence and the will to make a difference
Very good command of both written and spoken English, German is a plus
